The standard engine on the fixed keel version is the Volvo Penta D1-13 mated to a shaft drive. On lifting keel versions the Volvo is swapped for a shaft drive Nanni Diesel N2-14. The engine is fitted behind the laminate companionway steps which are supported when open on 2 x hydraulic struts. This means the steps are safely secured while you carry out your routine engine maintenance and checks.
For those requiring more power a Volvo Penta D1-20 is an optional upgrade. To save cost it is also possible to downgrade the engine to a 8 or 10hp petrol outboard engine which can be lifted clear of the water whilst sailing.
The Delphia 29 is very spacious for a boat of this size. The standard option offers a single aft double cabin as well as a double cabin in the forepeak. An option is available to add a second double aft cabin which is remarkable in a boat of this size.
The fore cabin features a generously sized double berth with storage lockers. The excellent aft cabin has a very large double berth with ample stowage space. When opting for 2 x aft cabins the size is reduced slightly.
The saloon area features a large cabin table with room to seat up to six adults in comfort. When required the cabin table leaves can be neatly folded away and seating on both sides convert into a single berths. There is more stowage space beneath the saloon seating and also in shelves & lockers.
The galley area on the Delphia 29 is located amidships to port. It features a stainless steel sink with integrated worktop cover along with a gimballed two burner cooker. A fridge is an optional extra.
All worktops are finished in a light coloured HPL material on boats with Mahogany timbers and a dark coloured HPL material on boats with Beech timbers.
A full suite of instruments and navigation equipment is available for the Delphia D29.
All electrics lead back to a BEP marine master panel and the quality of the wiring installation has to be seen to be believed. All electric components and fittings on Delphia yachts are of the highest quality and guarantee years of trouble free operation.
We have decided to price all our boats at the ex. factory price. This means that delivery & commissioning must be factored on top of the vessel price above and then the relevant VAT rate must be applied on top of the sum of these prices. GT Marine is registered for VAT in both the UK and Ireland to facilitate sales in to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland citizens.
For some of the larger vessels the possibility exists to have the boats delivered and commissioned/rigged in Gdansk so the customer can sail the boat home to Ireland or hire a delivery skipper etc.
Please call to discuss delivery & commissioning pricing.
Note: Indicated location is approximate general area only.
